Please note all prices are plus 12% T&C Accommodation tax
Prices are based on 4 adults - additional fees for 5 and 6 people due to water charges etc - cost is £25 per person per night
There is weekly cleaning fee of £140 - extra cleaning services available on request
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival along with a refundable £150 per person security deposit - returned 14 days after the departure date to allow the housekeeping team to review and advise any issues
Any bookings cancelled within 21 days of arrival will be NON refundable - see covid 19 amendment
Please note the discount voucher can only be used on direct booking and is against full prices seasonal nightly fees for 4 people only
